How to return an item:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return, ensure your parcel is posted via recorded delivery within 14 days. Returns after 14 days are not permitted. Please ensure items are returned in original condition with all packaging included (labels/boxes/dust bags). If an item is not returned in its original condition, you will be contacted by customer service and the item returned to you.

Please note, the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

In our efforts to become paperless we have not included a returns form with your order, please note your order number within the package, without an order number your refund may be subject to delay.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt, via the original payment method.
